DANA Nonprofit Provider Impact

You are invited to participate in our survey Nonprofit State Contractor Survey. Delaware State Legislators are asking DANA what the overall impact is of its members who contract with the State of Delaware. They are also interested to know what changes would make the most difference when negotiating with the State of Delaware for service contracts.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate.
